Hello Friday!
Time for a round up of my favorites from the week.
This week, my favorites are simple- “mommy and me” classes.
We had a couple of our classes start back up this week and we are so excited. There’s so many reasons I love these classes!
As a stay at home mom it gets me out of the house, keeps us busy, and allows me to talk to other adults.
For Logan it builds his confidence, allows him to work on fine/gross motor skills, gain friendships, builds vocabulary, the list could go on and on with this one.
This week we started gymnastics for the first time and our music class started back up. In the fall, Logan will start at his parent co-op preschool one day a week! I’m so excited that I found a program where parents have to go with their kiddos, I’m not ready to leave him yet.and of course, we still go to our weekly story time at library, that one is FREE but I would totally pay for it too!
The price for these classes definitely add up, but it’s so worth it to us. They would also make a great thing to ask for as birthday/Christmas gifts instead of toys!

The class we signed Logan up for is 17 months-3 years old which is a big difference in ability when they are that old! However, I’m proud to say that physically Logan kept up with all the three year olds. He loves this kind of stuff!
The teacher was a bit “old school” and we bumped heads a bit, so we may be changing teachers soon
Music Together
Logan’s little bestie, Charlie, and her mom convinced us to sign up for this class with them and I’m so glad we did! I have seen such growth with Logan in this class. He started out by never wanting to leave my side, to now he sometimes participates all by himself (with a huge smile on his face)!

I am so fortunate to be able to sign Logan up for these because I know not every family can. But if it’s something you can budget for, I highly suggest finding at least one thing your kiddo is interested in! Check with your library, they have free programs running throughout the year!
